An emerging collaborative pianist and chamber musician, Moncton born Pierre-André Doucet is also establishing himself as a soloist, having been featured with Symphony New Brunswick (2007) and the Sinfonia de Lanaudière (2008). He has won the Third Prize at both the National Music Festival (2007) and the Canadian Music Competition (2009), as well as the Dorothy Buckley Prize for Best Performance of a Canadian Work at the CFMTA National Piano Competition (2009). He has also been broadcast on Espace musique, as a result of his success in the Auditions Jeunes Artistes de Radio-Canada.
