WINTER PARKING

No person being the owner or operator of a vehicle shall, between the hours of twelve (12) o’clock midnight of any day and seven (7) o’clock in the morning on the next day, park or leave standing any vehicle on any of the streets of the Town of Dalhousie from the first day of November and during the months of December, January, February and March.
