NB Trails

NB Trail will be a 2000-km multi-purpose all season recreational trail connecting communities throughout the province. There are numerous trails in the area that are ideal for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling (where permitted). Presently, the NB trail in Dalhousie stretches out for 7 km, but construction is underway to complete the trail, which will connect Bathurst and Campbellton. The trail winds through industrial, urban and forested areas of Dalhousie while maintaining a view of the Bay of Chaleur, Restigouche River and Appalachian Mountains. The trail provides access to the top of Dalhousie Mountain, where the view is breathtaking and one can see for kilometers in all directions
